As a well-respected IR professional, Tina founded Ascent Investor Relations LLC (“AIR”) in 2014, and she brings deep capital markets expertise and relationships to her role in developing and executing impactful IR programs, focusing on U.S. listed China based companies. Previously, Tina was a partner of IR Agency for over 5 years, serving U.S. listed Chinese companies. Prior to that, Tina was the in-house Corporate Finance and IR manager at ZOOM Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZOOM) based in New York City. Tina played a key role during ZOOM’s listing, related fundraising as well as the acquisition of Portables Unlimited LLC, an exclusive T-Mobile wholesale distributor in the U.S. in 2011. Prior to coming to Wall Street, Tina was an Associate to CFO for Shenzhen-listed Far East Industrial Co., Ltd (000681) providing corporate planning and investor relations support to CFO. Tina holds a B.A. degree in English from Changchun University and a M.A. in Finance and Investment from Renmin University in Beijing.
